Returns and Cancellation Policy

At GSDB HIVE LLP, we provide professional and digital services, not physical goods. As such, our cancellation and refund policy is tailored to the nature of our offerings, which are delivered electronically or rendered through virtual communication. This policy outlines your rights to cancel services and how we handle refunds, if applicable.
1. No Physical Goods or Product Returns
Please note that GSDB HIVE LLP does not sell, ship, or deliver physical goods. Therefore, policies related to physical product returns, exchanges, or shipping do not apply. All services are rendered digitally or remotely, and no tangible items are provided as part of your order.
2. Right to Cancel Services
You are entitled to cancel your service order within 7 calendar days of purchase, without giving any reason, provided that the service has not already been rendered or initiated.
If you wish to cancel a service, please notify us in writing by sending a clear statement of cancellation to:

Your cancellation will be effective from the date we receive your written request, and we will confirm receipt as soon as possible.
3. Refunds
If your cancellation request is approved and the service has not yet been delivered or consumed, we will issue a full refund using the original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date your cancellation is confirmed.
Please note:
Refunds are not available for services that have already commenced or been fulfilled in whole or in part, even within the 7-day period.
4. Exceptions to Cancellation
You cannot cancel or request a refund for services that:
Have already been delivered or substantially completed.
Are customized, personalized, or tailored specifically to your requirements.
Include access to downloadable digital content that has already been accessed or downloaded.
We reserve the right to determine whether a service has been considered "delivered" based on the nature of the service and records of client engagement or system access.
5. Gifts or Promotional Services
If the service was marked as a gift and was provided directly to you by someone else (the purchaser), any applicable refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the same payment method. Gift credits or promotional services cannot be refunded unless explicitly stated in the terms of the promotional offer.
